Unlocking Human Resource Related Data to Empower Smarter Workforce Management and Boost Company Efficiency
Our Human Resources, Payroll, Leave and Time & Attendance data models and dashboards are designed to unlock data that is often siloed or inaccessible, making it available to a wider audience within the organization. By providing clear, actionable insights into workforce trends, payroll costs, and employee attendance, these tools support better decision-making and more effective human resource management—ultimately contributing to improved efficiency and increased company profitability.
Secure Information
HR and Payroll data is highly sensitive and must be protected from unauthorized access. Using row-level security (RLS), users are restricted to viewing only the data they are permitted to access. For example, a department manager can only see information related to the employees within their department or under their supervision.
Accessibility, up to date, on demand
No more waiting for the HR department to produce reports. Historically, access to HR data within HR and Payroll systems was limited to a few users. This solution expands access, allowing more users to view the data relevant to their roles, thereby supporting more effective people management across the organization.
Historical View
The HR and Payroll data models enable historical analysis, allowing you to answer questions such as, "How many employees did we have in 2023?" or "What is the year-over-year salary increase history for a specific employee?"
The HR data model covers a wide range of human resource management aspects, including employee biographical details, job title management, reporting lines, as well as records of engagements and terminations.
Our Leave Data Model allows line managers and above to view both current and historical leave records for employees, including leave type and date range and reamining leave.
Our data model doesn’t attempt to replicate the complexity of your payroll system. Instead, it simplifies the information so that line managers and above can easily view and understand key remuneration elements such as earnings, deductions, net pay, and cost to company (CTC). Additional dashboard screens also enable comparisons of remuneration across similar levels within the organisational structure or by job title and Year on Year analysis.
Struggling to make sense of large volumes of clocking data? Our Time & Attendance (T&A) data model is designed to simplify the complexities of any clocking system. We load the data and present it in easy-to-understand dashboards that offer detailed insights into employee whereabouts, movements, and timekeeping.
Our T&A cloking data can be used feeder system for renumeration calculations for employees paid on time.
