The vehicle stock dashboard tracks each vehicle's type (New, Used, or Demo), status from consignment to sale, make, model, value, age in stock, and key details like registration, colour, and specifications. Users can search inventory for specific vehicles.
Tracking vehicle age, category, and value helps efficiently manage stock levels.
The vehicle sales model and dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of each transaction, tracking details such as sale type (Retail, Fleet, or Wholesale), sale status from enquiry through to completion, and essential information including buyer name, sales consultant, sale value, and date of sale. Users can easily filter and search sales records to find specific deals or trends. Monitoring sale types, performance, and values empowers organisations to optimise processes and achieve their targets efficiently.
The vehicle parts dashboard delivers a clear and actionable snapshot of parts inventory and transactions. Srvice managers and Technicians can filter jobs by vehicle, date, or job type to prioritise tasks and manage their workload efficiently. If the data is available Technicians complete hours for a period of time can be analysed e.g. Idle Time not on a WIP.
